DB: Tuiles

This month's challenge is brought to us by Karen of Bake My Day and Zorra of 1x umruehren bitte aka Kochtopf. They have chosen Tuiles from The Chocolate Book by Angélique Schmeink and Nougatine and Chocolate Tuiles from Michel Roux.

This is one useful idea might go with almost everything and a good decoration tool. I love the canole idea. After I messed up couple try I succeed to make tinier and tiner. They very delicious and it goes with my orange cream perfect. I'll put one with an ice cream soon.

Great job on the tuiles! Your filling looks so light and fluffy. I recently made cannoli for the first time and agree the filling would be fabulous with tuiles!
